The Difference 2-17 is dedicated to empowering individuals with neurological disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
As a provider, we proudly support individuals aged 21 and older enrolled in the Community Pathways Waiver and serve as a trusted vendor for self-directed services for those 18 and older.
Our programs are thoughtfully designed to align with current standards and guidelines, ensuring each person’s safety, health, and right to personal choice. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where every individual can grow, connect, and thrive.
